Work and monkeys

Well I havent blogged in ages. I guess it is different when you work - man how I didnt realize how bored I was when I was unemployed.........wow. Well working for the Texas Workforce Commission is challenging. OMG - I never in a million years thought that there would actually be so many people in need of help - I mean see people all the time struggling - but when do we ever stop and talk to them to find out what is going on in their lives?? People are hurting, hurting bad. Being evicted, foreclosed on, utilities turned off. Lord........it is really sad and I wish I could help everyone.

Then, all this crap about the chimp and the stimulus bill really angers me. People are funny. everything is ok as long as "we" are not doing anything - i.e. - black man as President. Then all the racists come out and say that we are the ones that are racist because we keep bringing up race.........scuse me for the 300 years in slavery........last time I checked, how many blacks/asians/latinos were nominated for an Academy award in comparison to...............everyone else - whites in particular and NO ONE THINKS SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT? but hey I guess I am just a reverse racist.......if there ever was such a thing. Bull..........there is my soapbox..........Jesus hurry up and come back PLEASE
