This Morning
I don't know. What is going on. It seems like the more I make plans to pray more, read my bible more, the worse the sud-muffin starts acting. I don't get it. Always in a foul mood like someone stole something from him and he keeps taking it out on me.Yesterday
I don't know. I got some good news at work and then all of sudden a complaint. From an employer. Who blatantly lied on me. I don't know.
Right Now
I want to tear the rest of my hair out....in fistfuls and the let the ripping sound wash over me because that is what I feel like on the inside every time my husband lashes out at me...like I am ripping inside. I hate cursing even small curse words....but Gosh he makes me just want to tear him a new one with the words from my mouth. I don't know. He keeps saying this year is going to be a good year and that is fine but when is going to start making sure IT IS a good year for me in the way he treats/talks to me. I'm tired. I think I may be a little depressed and at this very moment I have to probably wash my face again because my salty H20 deprived tears are making my face itch.
I. Don't. Know. Can you still have postpartum depression even though you didn't have the baby????? Great.

I'm sorry you are having some rough days. But yes, you absolutely CAN have post-partum depression even when you lose a baby...if anything its worse. If you feel like you are beyond "normal" grieving then talk to your doctor about it. I seriously think I had PPD and just didn't realize it until after my second loss when all I knew was I couldn't feel like that again. I did therapy and started on an anti-depressant. It did wonders..seriously.
Pregnancy hormone levels reach their peak around 9 to 10 weeks so PPD can still be an issue even if you didn't carry to full term. Sucks even more to be dealing with it on top of the "normal" grief.
I also wonder if that makes us more at risk of having it WHEN we do get our take home babies...
I hope you start feeling better soon. You're in my prayers!
Oh and thanks for scaring me about the hydro-ultrsound I have on Monday. Lol, my doctor told me it was going to be painless so when you said that it hurt I went straight to Dr. Google who confirmed that it might be uncomfortable!
Lol, now I'm scared!
NayLahKnee,
