I started my “life changing plan” this week. Basically I went on a diet. It reminded me of just how perceptive and innocent children are. I also thought about this note my lovely lady wrote down for me on one occasion, when watching an infomercial at age 7.
The Body Shaper. I was kind of mortified and appreciative all at the same time. My baby girl knows the struggle I have with my weight. She does. If she can see my struggle, how much harder is it out there for young women?
