Wordless Wednesday– What Sad Gingerbread Houses You Have!

Making Gingerbread houses ARE NOT as easy as the finished product looks.  In fact, it’s downright HARD.  I bought some Gingerbread house kits from Wal-Mart – never done this before.  I wanted to bring a since of normalcy to our house.

The icing was a wee bit too warm. The girls tried to outline the doors and windows – then we noticed the houses just looked like they had sad faces.

Don’t they look sad????  It was most funny!

Since we weren’t winning any contests, the only thing left to do was to eat!

The Gingerbread man fell into the house trying to re-ice the roof.

Sometimes that sad looking ones are the most fun, because they are the ones you don't feel guilty tasting when you are done!

Stopping by from Shell's. Your quote was above mine :-)

Happy New Year!
