- That old box of books sitting in the garage has been food for the moths.
- KEEP YOUR ALLEN WRENCHES!
- Dont have a quickie in your now empty but staple, tack and screw laced bedroom floor.
- Lock the door if you do so.
- Dont pack all of your clothes if you are not sure of what day you will actually leave.
- Same goes for clean underwear.
- Don't let your husband pack. That box with no label and taped up neatly is full of trash.
- Your 10 year old REALLY doesn't need ALL of those stuffed animal toys.
- Husbands who are not caprentry inclined should stay AWAY from taking furniture apart.
- If all else fails and you have too much crap to put on your truck, craiglist it.
Blogging on health, marriage, raising teens and tots - together and being goily...you have to read to find out what that is.

Nag Diaries - Miscellany Monday
What did I do this weekend? Oh yeah. Continue my herculean task of packing up to move! Goodness you would think someone who doesn't have much furniture wouldn't have much to pack. WRONG. Between all the mail I have accumulated and stashed, my daughters many paper stashes and just a ton of junk that I have no idea why I still have, it is going on 2 weeks of packing. Well there were those days where everyone slacked off and did nothing but that's not important. My house is a mess.
My house.
Yesterday I sat and cried because I could't believe I was leaving my house. My grandmother and I picked out everything for this house from the doorknobs to the carpet pad. I hate it. I moved to Texas because my grandmother had the desire to go. I liken our story to Ruth and Naomi, my granny, the widower and I the single young woman at the time who would follow my Ruth anywhere.
Now enter my Boaz. This is where the story is quite different. I wont get into that but my Boaz better known as my sudd-muffin doesn't like to pack.
I on the other hand am systematic about everything.
I say go room by room, he says, dump everything in the middle of the room and will sort it out. Then he dumps all of his clothes into a box. ????? I guess I shouldn't complain too much - he is helping. But still there needs to be a system right?? Right?
